Visualizing Birth is excited to announce the arrival of Rachel Epp Buller, feminist art historian and mama of three children, who will be in San Francisco this weekend to share work from her recent volume, “Have Milk, Will Travel: Adventures in Breastfeeding.”  Rachel is doing important work that focuses on birth, motherhood, art, academia, and their various intersections.

DESCRIPTION: Join us for an hour of readings and stories related to the new book, “Have Milk, Will Travel: Adventures in Breastfeeding,” edited by Rachel Epp Buller. “Have Milk, Will Travel” throws a lifeline of humor to mothers in the thick of lactation, offering tales of too much milk, not enough milk, nursing gone right, nursing gone wrong, and everything in between. Come laugh along to stories and poems about life as the one-stop milk shop – and consider sharing a story of your own! Books will be available for purchase.
